Learning Integration Essay
This essay highlights inquiries into my own and my students' science learning and areas of expertise as I consider what it means to know students. I interviewed one student to better understand their thoughts about science, learning, and teaching. Then, I self-documented my own areas of science, learning, and expertise using photographs. In this reflection, I considered how my student interview and self-documentation might implicate my future teaching. For example, how might a student's responses within the interview influence how I should teach science? How do my own experiences with learning and science affect how I think about your science teaching?
